Introducing the Plan Health Dashboard
Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc. is excited to announce the latest upgrade to help you and your clients discover more information about their plan and participants. The Plan health dashboard harnesses the power of Plan Analytics to provide you with more efficient access to the metrics used most.

Based on Plan Analytics usage trends and conversations with many clients and their consultants, we chose three initial metrics categories you can explore from the dashboard: plan success factors, employee demographics, and plan activity.

Within these three categories, you can evaluate up to 35 key metric tiles, including median and average savings rate election, count of those not contributing, percent with a loan balance, count of participants in each generation, and more. You can also indicate favorite tiles to display at the top of the dashboard for future logins.

We will continue to update these categories and metrics based on feedback and usage. For more information, contact your Schwab Retirement Plan Services representative or the Consultant Support Center.
